Our client’s license was suspended by the DMV as a result of a DUI arrest in Polk County. Our board-certified DUI attorney Ben Stechschulte requested a formal DMV review hearing and it was found that upon reviewing the facts of the case that there was insufficient evidence to support the client’s license suspension because the DUI evidentiary packet was not received.
We won the DMV hearing thus reinstating our client’s driver’s license privileges even though they were arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
