Our client was having a medical issue when law enforcement pulled her over. They arrested her for DUI believing she was under the influence of a controlled substance.
We ultimately were able to show that all her medications were prescribed and she was having a medical issue that was causing her to be impaired while driving and it wasn’t due to anything that she had done.
The state attorney’s office ultimately agreed with us and dropped the DUI charge!
